Live-in Home Care

Our Live-in care service is provided by a professional carer who lives in their client’s home to enable their needs to be met. This means our carer is available to help throughout the day and at night, if necessary. The care may be provided by a single carer who lives in permanently, or by two or more carers working on a rota basis.

Live-in care is an increasingly popular alternative to moving into a care home – especially for those who have higher support needs. It enables you to stay in your own home while ensuring your changing needs are met. For some, live in care offers a way of continuing to live as independently as possible at home in their local community.

With our advanced live-in care and support, you are rest assured that, carers are placed in long-term assignments, minimising the anxiety associated with someone constantly coming and going from the home. Our carers will also provide: companionship, meal preparation, light housework, domestic administration, recreational support and support with daily errands.

Specialist Services

We have vast experience of providing specialist care services in the following areas: working with people with support needs in a community setting, assessing their needs and developing support plans. You will receive a full assessment of your needs and a care plan. This information will be kept in your personalised Care Record pack, which you will keep at your home. This pack will include your personal and medical information, preferred attendance times, call duration, and tasks to be carried out with you or on your behalf. This is to ensure that all care staff, and you and your family are aware of the specialist care being provided for you.

Palliative and End of Life care

Being able to live as well as possible until we die is something that we all value. The needs of people of all ages who are living with dying, death and bereavement, must be addressed, taking into account their priorities, preferences and wishes. Personalised care in the last year(s) and months of life will result in a better experience, tailored around what really matters to the person, and more sustainable health and care services. We specialise person centred care tailored around ensuring we enable people to live as well as possible until they die, and to die with dignity.
